Items of clothing gifts of mugs, towels and items of clothing, particularly casual clothes suitable for teenagers are very welcome. Easter 2004

Please note this event  happened in April 2004

The Churches of Lisvane are once again putting on a morning of fun and games on Good Friday to celebrate Easter.

Due to the tremendous popularity of this event last year we are now offering two sessions specifically tailored for:

Pre-school, Reception & Yr.1 children and the children of Friendship Club

Session 1 (craft based)              10.00am – 11.30am

Yr.2 – Yr.6 children

Session 2 (games based)             12noon - 1.30pm

Good Friday Event 2004 Report

We had over 100 children attend the 2 sessions on Good Friday morning, 68 at the early one for infants and 47 at the Junior one.

45 adults from a number of churches helped throughout the morning of activities and games and 4 ladies from Ladies Guild organised  refreshments.

The children had a brilliant morning and the feedback has been really encouraging for all the organisers.

The response from volunteer helpers and kids was amazing and made for a great morning of fun, worship and praise. Jane
